Arrivals

in after 4PM on the arrival date and must check out before 1 PM
on the departure date.

Departures
after 1PM will result in R50 per hour deduction from the key deposit.

Day
visitors only by prior arrangement.
Normal day visitors fees are applicable irrespective to the
number people in your Self Catering room / Camping site / Guesthouse
Room.

One
vehicle allowed per room. Extra vehicles, boats and jet skis are
subject to day visitor’s fees.

Kaia
Manzi is a known resort for the boating enthusiast, thus we ask
that you only fish in the designated area.

No
towels or dishcloths are supplied in the Self-catering rooms.

|
No
dogs/cats allowed. We know your pet is special, so are our guest’s,
our linen and our carpets.

|
No
motorcycles or quad bikes in the park.

Deposit
and Payment Information
|
|

|
We
require a 50% non-refundable deposit when bookings are made.
|
|
2
|
The
balance as well as a R100 key deposit is payable on the arrival
date. The key deposit is refundable.
|
|
3
|
Cancellation
fee is 50 % from the deposit if the cancellation was done 3 weeks
before the booked arrival date.
